One of the major challenges businesses will face is ensuring their future when their current owners are no longer in charge.

The issue of entrepreneurial succession will certainly affect many entrepreneurs in the MRC of Arthabaska and the MRC of L’Érable who will retire in the coming years, as a large number of businesses will be seeking new owners.

To support both sellers and buyers, and to foster the sustainability and growth of local businesses, we conducted a survey among entrepreneurs to get a picture of entrepreneurship takeovers in Arthabaska-Érable.
