Upon arrival: Cocktail made with Euclide Gin, cranberries, almond syrup, orange and mint. Main course: Slow-cooked turkey supreme from Ferme Avibross (cranberry and goat cheese crust, candied cranberries and cranberry jus, served with seasonal accompaniments). Dessert: The Bistro’s warm crumble (cranberries, apples and rhubarb, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream).
